He finally was approved to be released from custody in March, 2014, into the state’s mandatory supervised release program.
But because he is homeless and cannot find a place to live that satisfies the myriad of restrictions and regulations, ____, 61, remains in prison. man I get so tired of having to comment on this bs and to witness the lack of support or protection and representation from the ACLU or any other civil rights so called leaders..I really hope trump tears this country apart I truly do…I used to love this country and was very patriotic but our government is disgusting and one of the worst human rights violators of the 21st century….internment camps, death camps, and gulags and auschwitz here we come…all under the guise of protecting children and civil regulations…everybody better prepare the doomsday prepping because it’s coming….
This looks like a real good law suit. it shows all the dead ends these people face. I remember there was another suit that the inmates Won. They were being locked back up the Minute they stepped out of Prison for having No Place to live.
